From there you get a short list of options, not one take-it-or-leave-it number. Sometimes the answer is a sod patch and an irrigation adjustment. Sometimes it's a bigger redesign. And sometimes it's something you can handle yourself, and we'll tell you that too.
What You Can Expect From Us
The cause before the fix
We don't sell a new lawn when the real problem is a broken irrigation zone. Every estimate starts with what's causing the trouble, so your money goes toward fixing it once.
Estimates you can read
Our written estimates break the job into lines: materials, labor, haul-away and plant or sod quantities. If something could change the price, like roots under a planned patio or a buried stump, we say so before work starts.
Options in stages
Most yards can be improved a piece at a time. We'll lay out what should happen now and what can wait. If a bigger job like hardscape installation or a full landscape design makes more sense spread out, you can finance as much as $100,000 and choose a term anywhere from 2 to 12 years. Paying it off early never adds a penalty.
A clean yard when we leave
We keep equipment off soft beds where we can, blow off walkways and haul away clippings, fronds and debris. You shouldn't have to clean up after your landscaper.
