What Happens When You Call

You talk with a real person who knows landscaping, not a call center. We ask what you are seeing, like thin patches in the lawn, a sprinkler zone that stays dry or a tree leaning toward the roof, and we give you a straight answer about likely causes and what usually moves the cost. If a quick fix makes more sense than a big project, we say so.

Most jobs need eyes on the ground, so the next step is an on-site walkthrough at your home. We look at sun, drainage, soil and access, then explain your options and price the work in writing. For bigger plans such as hardscape installation or landscape design, financing is available for amounts up to $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty if you pay it off early. Ask about it on the same call.

Good to Have Ready Before You Call

1. Your address and the part of the yard you want help with, front, back or side.
2. A short description of the problem and how long it has been going on.
3. Any photos on your phone, since they help us ask better questions before the visit.
4. A few days and times that work for the walkthrough, and whether you need to be home for it.
