Irrigation in Casselberry
Dry patches, soggy corners or a sprinkler that sprays the driveway all have a cause, and usually a simple one. We find it, explain it in plain words and fix your system so your lawn and beds get the right water on the right days.

Water where your yard needs it, and nowhere else
Most sprinkler problems come down to a short list: a broken or buried head, a valve that sticks, a clogged nozzle, a zone that mixes spray heads with rotors, or a controller set for a season that ended months ago. We check each one and tell you which it is before anything gets replaced.
Sandy soil drains fast, so a lawn can look burned a day after a missed cycle, while beds under the same system stay too wet. Getting that balance right means fewer brown spots, less fungus and a lower water bill. We are business licensed and fully insured, and as a family-owned company we work on your system the way we would want someone to work on ours.
What our irrigation work covers
- System inspection, zone by zone
- We run every zone and watch it work. You see what we see: heads that are tilted, sunk, blocked by grass or spraying the house.
- Head, nozzle and valve repair
- Mowers, cars and roots break heads all the time. We replace them with matched parts so each zone puts out even coverage, and we repair or swap valves that leak or will not shut off.
- Controller setup and upgrades
- We program run times by zone and season and set your schedule to the local watering-day rules. If you want a smart controller that adjusts for weather, we install and set it up with you.
- Rain sensor check
- Florida requires a working rain sensor on automatic systems. We test yours and replace it if it no longer stops the cycle after a storm.
- Drip lines for beds
- Shrubs and flowers do better with slow water at the roots than with overhead spray. We convert bed zones to drip, which pairs well with our mulch and beds service.
- New zones and full installs
- For new sod, a redesigned yard or a home with no system at all, we lay out zones by sun, shade and plant type, then trench, install and test.
Signs your sprinklers need attention
Brown or dry patches
Patches in a regular pattern usually point to a clogged or broken head, or two heads that no longer overlap. It is often fixed in minutes.
Puddles or a soggy spot
Standing water between cycles can mean a cracked pipe or a valve that leaks through. Left alone, it wastes water and invites fungus in St. Augustine grass.
Water on the driveway or walls
Overspray on pavement and siding is water you pay for that never reaches a root. A nozzle change or head adjustment usually stops it.
A higher water bill with no reason
A sudden jump often means a hidden leak or a zone stuck on. We trace it before it gets worse.
Sprinklers running in the rain
That points to a failed rain sensor or a controller that is not reading it.
How an irrigation visit goes
- 1
A call and a free estimate
Tell us what you are seeing. We set a time for an on-site walkthrough, and the estimate costs you nothing.
- 2
We run the system with you
We turn on each zone, mark problem heads with flags and check the controller, valves and rain sensor. Then we explain the cause in plain terms.
- 3
A written estimate with options
You get line items for each repair. When repair and replacement are both reasonable, we lay out both and say which we would choose.
- 4
Repairs, testing and cleanup
We dig carefully, replace parts, set the turf back in place and run every zone again so you can see even coverage. Your controller is left programmed and explained.

What affects the cost of irrigation work
A repair visit and a new system are priced very differently, and we tell you which one you need before any work starts. Your estimate lists each item so nothing is a surprise. If a full install is the right call, you can spread the cost out with financing of up to $100,000, paid back over anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and paying it off early carries no penalty.
- How many zones and heads
- More zones mean more heads, valves and wire to check or install. Coverage for a larger lot simply takes more parts and time.
- Condition of existing pipe and valves
- Older systems may have brittle fittings or valves that fail one after another. We show you what we find so you can decide whether to repair or replace.
- Crossing under paving
- Running a line beneath a driveway or walkway takes more labor than trenching through open lawn, so access affects the price.
- Controller and drip upgrades
- A smart controller or a drip conversion for beds adds parts up front and often lowers water use afterward.
- Permits and backflow
- Some new installs need a permit or a backflow inspection. If yours does, we tell you up front and handle the steps.
Irrigation questions we hear most
Something not covered here? (407) 972-1255
How often should my sprinklers run?
That depends on the season, your grass and the watering days allowed where you live. Sandy soil holds little water, so fewer, deeper cycles early in the morning usually work better than short daily ones. We set your controller for this and show you how to adjust it.
Is my older sprinkler system worth fixing?
In a lot of yards, yes. A few new heads, a valve and a reprogrammed controller often bring an aging system back to even coverage. It stops being worth it when pipe keeps cracking, valves fail one after another or the zones were never laid out to fit the yard. After we run every zone, we tell you plainly which side of that line you are on.
Why is one area always wet while another is dry?
Usually one zone is mixing head types, or heads are blocked, tilted or worn. Sun and shade matter too, since shaded beds need much less water than an open lawn. Splitting or adjusting the zone fixes it.
Do I need irrigation for new sod?
New sod needs steady water for its first few weeks to root. If you are planning sod installation, we can check or adjust your zones first so the new grass is covered from day one.
Will you tear up my lawn?
We cut and lift turf only where we need to dig, then set it back and water it in. Most repairs leave a small patch that grows back quickly.
