Property Cleanup in Casselberry

Overgrown beds, vines up the fence, a brush pile that never left. We cut it all back, pull the vines, clear brush and old debris, and take every load off the property so you can see and use your yard again.

What property cleanup is and when it makes sense

Property cleanup is a one-time reset for a yard that has been left alone too long. It is bigger than a routine visit. Think shoulder-high weeds along the back fence, beds you can no longer find, a brush pile from last year's trimming, or a side yard filled with old pavers, planters and scrap.

It is the right call when you are moving in or out, getting a rental ready, catching up after an illness or a busy year, or simply tired of avoiding the backyard. If you only need the yearly refresh of beds and leaves, our seasonal cleanup is a better fit, and we will tell you so.

We are a family-owned company, and we treat each yard the way we would want ours treated: clear answers about what is there, what it takes to remove it, and what comes next.

What the work includes

Cutting back overgrowth
We cut tall weeds, volunteer saplings and runaway shrubs down to a manageable level. Plants worth keeping get trimmed and saved, not cleared by default.
Vine removal from fences and structures
Central Florida vines like smilax, Virginia creeper and air potato climb fast in the summer rains. We pull them off fences, sheds and walls and dig out the root crowns we can reach, so they do not come right back.
Brush, limb and debris hauling
Old brush piles, fallen limbs, rotting landscape timbers and yard debris go onto our truck and leave the property with us. Your curb stays clear, with no stacks sitting there waiting on a pickup day.
Bed and edge recovery
We pull weeds out of buried beds, cut clean edges along walks and the driveway, and rake out the leaf layer so you can see what you have.
Final rake and blow-off
Before we leave, we rake the cleared areas and blow off walks, the driveway and the patio. You walk out to a finished yard, not a work site.

Signs your yard is ready for a cleanup

  • You cannot mow it anymore

Grass and weeds are too tall or too thick for a regular mower, or the edges have crept in so far the lawn is half its old size.

  • Vines are climbing the house or fence

Vines hold moisture against wood and siding and can pull fence boards loose. The longer they grow, the bigger the root system you have to deal with.

  • Debris piles have become permanent

A brush pile that has sat for months becomes a home for rodents, snakes and fire ants. It also kills the grass underneath.

  • You are listing, renting or just moved in

An overgrown yard is the first thing buyers and tenants see. A cleared property shows its real size and condition.

  • Beds and walkways have disappeared

If you cannot tell where the planting beds end and the lawn begins, it is time for a reset rather than piecemeal weeding.

What moves the cost of a property cleanup

Cleanup is priced on the work, not a flat package. The two biggest drivers are how much material comes out and how hard it is to reach. We explain each line on your estimate so you know exactly what you are paying for. If a bigger project makes sense, financing is available in amounts up to $100,000, with terms from 2 to 12 years and no penalty for paying it off early.

Volume of debris

A few bags of weeds and a large brush pile are very different jobs. The amount we load and haul away is often the largest part of the price.

How overgrown it is

Knee-high weeds clear quickly. Years of woody growth, saplings and established vines take more cutting, digging and time.

Access to the work area

A wide gate and open side yard let us move debris fast. Tight fenced yards, slopes or areas with no truck access mean more hand-carrying.

Extra work you add

Items like stump grinding, tree trimming or bamboo removal are priced separately, so you can choose what to do now and what can wait.

How a cleanup job runs

  1. 1

    Walk the property together

We come out for an on-site walkthrough, look at every area you want cleared, and ask what you want to keep. You get a free estimate with the scope written out plainly.

  2. 2

    Mark what stays

On the day, we confirm the plants, stones and features you want saved and flag anything fragile, like irrigation heads or low-voltage lighting, before we start cutting.

  3. 3

    Clear, cut and load

The crew works area by area, cutting overgrowth, pulling vines and loading debris as we go so the yard never sits half-finished. Most residential cleanups wrap up in a day, though large or heavily overgrown lots can take longer.

  4. 4

    Haul off and tidy up

We haul away the debris, rake the cleared ground and blow off hard surfaces. Then we walk it with you and point out anything worth knowing, such as a stump that needs grinding or a dry spot in the lawn.

Property cleanup questions

How is this different from seasonal cleanup?

Seasonal cleanup is routine upkeep on a yard that is mostly in shape: beds, leaves and a fresh look. Property cleanup is for a yard that has gotten out of hand and needs heavy cutting, vine removal and hauling. If your yard only needs the lighter service, we will say so.

Do you haul away everything you cut?

Yes. Hauling is part of the job and included in your estimate. You will not be left with piles at the curb waiting for pickup.

Can you save some of my plants?

Usually, yes. During the walkthrough we note the shrubs, trees and perennials you want kept. Overgrown plants that are healthy can often be cut back hard and will recover.

What if something gets damaged during the cleanup?

We are business licensed and fully insured, so you are covered if the unexpected happens. That matters on cleanup work, where crews run saws and trimmers close to fences, windows and the neighbor's yard. We also flag fragile items before we start, which keeps accidents rare.

Will vines and weeds just grow back?

Some regrowth is normal in Florida's warm, wet months, especially from roots under fences. We remove the root crowns we can reach. Regular lawn care or fresh mulch in the beds afterward keeps things from sliding back.
